This sourdough whole gain batard is a treat to eat. We especially like it toasted on the griddle with a drizzle of olive oil. Or toast it, rub with garlic, spread avocado, black pepper and a slice of prosciutto for an any time of day treat!

A delicious bread that maintains that chewy texture and moisture that makes a sourdough bread scrumptious! I especially loved it toasted with smoked mozzarella, sliced heirloom tomato and avocado-great for breakfast or lunch!
