I tried cubing and drying this bread last year for my Thanksgiving stuffing recipe and it was fantastic! Some other wholewheat breads I’ve tried in the past were too lightweight and too sweet. I cubed Beck’s honey whole wheat, spread it in a single layer on a cookie sheet, covered it with a dish towel, and left it out for 4 days (stirred it a few times to make sure it dried evenly). I’ll definitely be doing it again this year.
