We are a wholegrain bakery up in the Redwoods of Northern California!

We are available by appointment only. We don't have a seating area and we don't serve coffee. But we usually always have fresh milled flour, granola, crackers and maybe a few loaves of frozen bread. Fresh bread is available on Saturdays at the Arcata Farmer's Market on the Plaza (we won't be there if it is blowing rain - We will do curbside at the bakery instead).

We bring whole grain pastries (even some vegan!) as well as plenty of fresh bread, crackers, granola and flour to the market.
