The moistness and flavor of this Einkorn sourdough made it a delicious discovery - which I wouldn't have known about if I hadn't gone on the web site. Of course the memory of the Einkorn has now been superseded by the amazing and strong flavor of the Nigella Caraway Rye. I was lamenting not being able to buy another loaf of Einkorn, until I tasted the rye. Previous to the discovery of Becks I would wish for an excuse to travel to Santa Rosa for my then favorite breads. No longer - thank you Becks!
