Whole Wheat Levain with Buckwheat

This bread is now my favorite. Dark and wonderful tasting. Can't find anything like this anywhere else.

I really like both the texture and taste of this loaf. I toasted it with butter and cherry jam for breakfast. I;m still swooning.

Adding the buckwheat gives that bread a good, distinct flavor.

I have been a big fan of Rhonda's breads for several years.
Nice sized loaf, gorgeous crumb and easy to slice. Toasts beautifully.
Give it a try next time she bakes it.
