Whole Grain Spelt Sourdough

A mildly flavored whole grain sourdough with a pleasant chewy crumb. If you struggle with wheat, try spelt. It is often easier to digest.

Ingredients: 100% stone ground whole spelt flour*, water, 100% stone ground whole rye flour*, sea salt, wild rye culture. (*organic)
