Spelt Focaccia

Tender crumb sprinkled with fresh herbs and topped with extra virgin olive oil, coarse salt and pepper. (This is a update of the Khorasan Focaccia. We are low on Khorasan so I'm reformulating some recipes to work with what I have).

Ingredients: 100% stone ground whole spelt flour*, water, 100% stone ground whole rye flour*, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil*, yeast, fresh herbs* and pepper*. (*organic)
