Sophie's Mountain Rye
Not too sweet, not too sour, no caraway. Good with butter, jam, honey, peanut butter, and also with savory and cheese sandwiches.
This bread like all Beck's creations is delicious, nutritious, and always consistently flavorful. I'd say it's one of my favorites, but it's become more and more difficult to pick just one or two. Fryes Rye, and Black Rye....the list just becomes longer all the time!
