Whole Wheat with Apricots & Hazelnuts

This is a spin on Khorasan with Apricots and Hazelnuts (we are getting low on the Khorasan grain and decided to substitute with our wonderful local wheat!)

It is studded with apricots, golden raisins and toasted hazelnuts. Toast to crisp up the crust. Perfect for appetizer boards.

~400 g/14 oz Batard

Ingredients: Stone ground whole wheat flour*, water, toasted hazelnuts*, golden raisins*, apricots (dried)*, sea salt, whole grain starter, fennel seed* and herb tea*. (*organic)
